You can find our terms here ~ but in summary, they say that we will stand by in a professional and courteous way to help you whenever you need it in whatever form you would like us to help. The type of help you want can be completely ad-hoc, but further down this page we have included some ideas.
We aim to help same day and, almost always, we can make that happen. Your service needs will be treated as a priority. These retained services offer you a discounted hourly rate. You can 'roll over' the service hours up to a maximum of 10 hours, and you can buy more time at our regular hourly rate ($175/hour) at any time. We consume the retained time in increments of 15 minutes.
