Interprise Suite is our strategic partner company and product on which we have integrated AspDotNetStorefront web site e-commerce capabilities, to provide our AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness Edition product. Interprise Suite is a fully integrated solution, offering integrated accounting, CRM, ERP (Inventory Mgmt), e-Commerce, and POS (Point of Sale) capabilities.

Interprise Suite handles business processes from beginning to end, greatly reducing data redundancy and increasing the efficiency throughout the entire organization. Unlike separate systems that require costly and tedious data import/export integration methods, Interprise Suite includes all of the most commonly used business processes in one easy to use solution.

AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness Edition uses Interprise Suite client application as the store administration client.

Q. Do I have to use the Interprise Suite Accounting Module?

A. No, you can use AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness edition and turn off (not use) the provided accounting module if you don't want to, or you already have your own accounting system. This allows you to take advantage of the many IS eBusiness Edition features, such as CRM, POS, ERP, back-orders, partial shipments, multi-warehouse management, etc, without converting to a new accounting system.

Q. What codebase is the AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness Edition based on?

A. The starting code-base for this product on the web site was ML 7.0. The IS eBusiness edition product however has separate version #'s from the ML version.

Q. Is the AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness Edition Visa PABP Certified?

A. Not at this time, we will be working with Interprise Suite to jointly PABP certify both their client platform (Interprise Suite) and our web module (IS eBusiness Edition) in 2008.

Q. How are skins and XmlPackages supported in the AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness Edition?

A. The skins and XmlPackages used in the IS eBusiness Edition are almost identical to those used in AspDotNetStorefront ML, so you can leverage existing skins, XmlPackages, and other similar customization capabilities with the IS eBusiness Edition platform. Q. Can i move my AspDotNetStorefront ML data into the IS eBusiness Edition?

A. Yes, starting with IS eBusiness Edition release SP3, we now provide a data migration tool that can move your existing product, customer, and order data from AspDotNetStorefront ML 7.0.2.5 version (or higher) to AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness Edition.

Q. Does the AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness Edition work in a medium trust server setting?

A. No, and it doesn't have to. The IS eBusiness Edition product is designed for dedicated server installations only, where medium trust is not a concern or requirement (as you own the entire server). Medium trust is only relevant or needed on multi-site shared hosts.

Q. How do I set price lists in the store?

A. You need to configure each customer pricing from the Interprise Suite customer form.

Q. How does the multi-store feature work?

A. Multi Store is where you can have more than one website that is connected to one database but can have different store settings for each website. You can have one master business database in Interprise Suite, with multiple web sites connected to that system. We do require an AspDotNetStorefront license for each web site. Quantity discounts are available.

Q. How do I setup my IS eBusiness Edition to accommodate more than one store?

A. Inside Interprise Suite, you can create multiple web store records, and then link those to each AspDotNetStorefront IS eBusiness website that you have installed and setup.

Q. I wanted to restrict users that are under 13 years old from checking out, is it possible?

Q. Can I add the source option later, if I need?

A. Source is optionally available for $995, in either C# or VB.NET. You must sign our Source License Agreement (SLA) also agreeing not to redistribute source code. Additionally, after downloading source code, no returns are allowed. When purchasing full source, these steps are all automated by our own site, making the process very easy to order. With full source, you are NEVER limited to the functionality we provide, and you can fully customize, adapt, extend or otherwise add your own required features into the storefront to meet the requirements of your own, or your clients needs.

Q. Do you offer support & update contracts for the IS eBusiness Edition?

A. Yes, just like with other AspDotNetStorefront products, we provide support & updates free for 30 days from purchase. To get support & updates for 12 months, the cost is $299. You can purchase this support & update contract at time of purchase or after purchase. If purchased after initial license purchase, it will still only add 12 months to when your free updates date ended.
